Hello my dears,
it happens from time to time that there are problems with the downloads and the ZIP files.
Thats how it works:
After your order and payment, two emails will be sent automatically. An order confirmation and another email with the link to your purchased downloads. If you do not receive the emails within a few minutes, it is most likely due to the following points:
1. Spam folder
Depending on the provider, e-mails may end up in the spam folder. Please check your spam folder. Since the 2nd mail contains a link, only the one that has slipped into your spam folder can be.
2. Wrong email address
It happens that you enter an incorrect e-mail address when you order, or you type it by mistake. Then just write to my shop support: email@example.com
3. Create an account
If you enter your data during the ordering process and tick “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”, you can access all of your purchased downloads at any time.
You will then receive an email with your password and a button to activate your account. Please activate your account by clicking on the button. If you do not do this, your account will be deleted after 7 days for data protection reasons.
You can also create an account at any time under “My Page”. Please note, however, that your downloads that you previously bought will not appear in your account. If you would like to have your previous downloads in your account, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. My account
You can log in on every page of the shop under “My account”. The link can be found at the top menu or at the bottom in the footer.
5. Zip files
You absolutely need a program to unzip ZIP files. Simply enter the search term ZIP on Google and program suggestions will come up. I personally use 7-ZIP. Usually you can do it on a Personal Computer without it.
MOBILE PHONE / TABLET / Mac
But if you have downloaded the zip files with your mobile phone, tablet or Mac, you should download an app from the respective store (Apple / Google Store).

6. Problems with PayPal payments
We noticed that sometimes the redirect to PayPal does not work properly or gets stuck. Unfortunately we have no influence on this.
If this should happen to you, there are 2 options:
1. You just try again 😉 or
2. You can pay directly from PayPal by sending the payment to the following email:

Please follow exactly this order. Otherwise we have problems with the assignment. Then we activate your downloads manually. It’s a bit more cumbersome, but it definitely works.
