Object of the contract
This contract regulates the sale of templates for window pictures for printing via the online shop of the provider. Because of the details of the respective offer, reference is made to the product description on the offer page.
Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded exclusively in electronic business transactions via the shop system. The offers shown represent a non-binding invitation to submit an offer through the customer order, which the provider can then accept. The ordering process for the conclusion of a contract in the shop system comprises the following steps:

It is a one-off contract. The contract begins with the conclusion of the legal transaction via the online shop and ends with the delivery of the goods.
Prices, shipping costs, return shipping costs
All prices are final prices and contain acc. Section 19 (1) UStG no sales tax (value added tax).
The article is only a downloadable article. Any shipping costs are not incurred.
If there is a right of withdrawal and if this is used, the customer bears the costs of the return.
Terms of payment
The customer only has the following options for payment:

When using a fiduciary service / payment service provider, this enables the provider and the customer to process the payment among themselves. The escrow service / payment service provider forwards the customer’s payment to the provider. Your personal information will be treated by PayPal Plus in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in the data protection regulations.
The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. The dispatch takes place via download link and is made available to the buyer immediately after receipt of payment.
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right to liability for defects in accordance with the relevant provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) for the services offered. If there are any deviations from this, the guarantee is based on the regulations in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). If the customer is an entrepreneur, the warranty period for new goods is limited to one year. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the warranty for used goods is excluded. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and / or accidental deterioration of the goods is transferred to the customer when the goods are handed over to the selected service provider when they are shipped. You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we have made all payments to you that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheap standard delivery we offer have) to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Language, jurisdiction and applicable law
The contract is drawn up in German. The further implementation of the contractual relationship takes place in German. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. This only applies to consumers insofar as it does not restrict the statutory provisions of the state in which the customer is domiciled or habitually resident. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with customers who are not consumers, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law is the location of the provider.
In connection with the initiation, conclusion, processing and reversal of a purchase contract based on these terms and conditions, the provider collects, stores and processes data. This happens within the framework of the legal regulations. The provider does not pass on the customer’s personal data to third parties, unless he is legally obliged to do so or the customer has expressly given his prior consent. If a third party is used for services in connection with the processing of processing processes, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are observed. The data communicated by the customer through the order will only be processed for contacting within the scope of the contract processing and only for the purpose for which the customer has provided the data. The data will only be passed on to the shipping company that takes over the delivery of the goods as ordered. If the provider meets retention periods of commercial or tax law nature, the storage of some data can take up to ten years. At the customer’s request, the personal data will be deleted, corrected or blocked in accordance with the statutory provisions. Free information about all personal data of the customer is possible. The ineffectiveness of a provision of these terms and conditions has no effect on the effectiveness of the other provisions.
